适应症
本品用于阵发性室性心动过速及室上性心动过速(包括伴预激综合征者)
用法用量
1.口服:1次100～200mg，一日3～4次。治疗量，一日300～900mg，分4～6次服用。维持量一日300～600mg，分2～4次服用。|2.由于其局部麻醉作用，宜在饭后与饮料或食物同时吞眼，不得嚼碎。
不良反应
1.不良反应较少，主要者为口干，舌唇麻木，可能是由于其局部麻醉作用所致。此外，早期的不良反应还有头痛，头晕、闪耀，其后可出现胃肠道障碍如恶心、呕吐、便秘等。也有出现房室阻断症状。有两例在连续服用两周后出现胆汁郁积性肝损伤的报道，停药后2～4周各酶的活性均恢复正常。据认为这一病理变化属于过敏反应及个体因素性。|2.在试用过程中未见肺、肝及造血系统的损害，有少数病人出现上述口干、头痛、眩晕、胃肠道不适等轻微反应，一般都在停药后或减量后症状消失。有报道个别病人出现房室传导阻滞，Q-T间期延长，P-R间期轻度延长，QRS时间延长等。
禁忌
1.无起搏器保护的窦房结功能障碍、严重房室传导阻滞、双束支传导阻滞患者|2.严重充血性心力衰竭、心源性休克、严重低血压及对该药过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.心肌严重损害者慎用。|2.严重的心动过缓，肝、肾功能不全，明显低血压患者慎用。|3.如出现窦房性或房室性传导高度阻滞时，可静注乳酸钠、阿托品、异丙肾上腺素或间羟肾上腺素等解救。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存(10～30℃)。
