适应症
①缓解类风湿关节炎、骨关节炎、脊柱关节病、痛风性关节炎、风湿性关节炎等各种关节炎的关节肿痛症状； ②治疗非关节性的各种软组织风湿性疼痛，如肩痛、腱鞘炎、滑囊炎、肌痛及运动后损伤性疼痛等； ③急性的轻、中度疼痛如：手术后、创伤后、劳损后、痛经、牙痛、头痛等； ④对成人和儿童的发热有解热作用。
用法用量
1. 成人常用量：
(1)作为常规剂量，最初每日剂量为100mg～150mg。对轻度病人或需长期治疗的病人，每日剂量为75～100mg。通常将每日剂量分2～3次服用。
(2)对原发性痛经，通常每日剂量为50～150mg，分次服用。最初剂量应是50～150mg，必要时，可在若干个月经周期之内提高剂量达到最大剂量200mg/日。症状一旦出现应立即开始治疗，并持续数日，治疗方案依症状而定。
2.小儿常用量：一日0.5～2.0mg/kg，日最大量为3.0mg/kg，分3次服。
不良反应
①胃肠反应：为最常见的不良反应，约见于10%服药者，主要为胃不适、烧灼感、返酸、纳差、恶心等，停药或对症处理即可消失。其中少数可出现溃疡、出血、穿孔；
②神经系统表现有头痛、眩晕、嗜睡、兴奋等；
③引起浮肿、少尿，电解质紊乱等不良反应，轻者停药并相应治疗后可消失；
④其他少见的有血清转氨酶一过性升高，极个别出现黄疸、皮疹、心律不齐、粒细胞减少、血小板减少等，停药后均可恢复。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。对阿司匹林或其他非甾体抗炎药引起哮喘、荨麻疹或其他变态反应的患者禁用。本品不得用于12个月以下的儿童。胃或肠道溃疡者禁用。
注意事项
（1）有肝、肾功能损害或溃疡病史者慎用，尤其是老年人。用药期间应常规随访检查肝肾功能。
（2）本品因含钠，对限制钠盐摄入量的病人应慎用。

遮光，密封保存。
