适应症
1.急慢性白血病，对慢性粒细胞型白血病近期疗效较好，作用快，但缓解期短；|2.后天性溶血性贫血，特发性血小板减少性紫癜，系统性红斑狼疮；|3.慢性类风湿性关节炎、慢性活动性肝炎（与自体免疫有关的肝炎）、原发性胆汁性肝硬变；|4.甲状腺机能亢进，重症肌无力；|5.其他：慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎、节段性肠炎、多发性神经根炎、狼疮性肾炎、增殖性肾炎、Wegener氏肉芽肿等。
用法用量
1.口服每日1.5mg～4mg/kg,一日1次或分次口服。|2.异体移植,每日2mg～5mg/kg,一日1次或分次口服。|3.白血病,每日1..mg～3mg/kg,一日1次或分次口服。
不良反应
较巯嘌呤相似但毒性稍轻，可致骨髓抑制，肝功能损害，畸胎，亦可发生皮疹，偶见肌萎缩。
禁忌
已知对本品高度过敏的患者禁用。
注意事项
致肝功能损害，故肝功能差者忌用，亦可发生皮疹，偶致肌肉萎缩，用药期间严格检查血象。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
