适应症
1.支气管哮喘，适用于控制哮喘急性发作，常气雾吸入给药，作用快而强，但持续时间短。|2.心脏骤停:用于治疗各种原因如溺水、电击、手术意外和药物中毒等引起的心跳骤停。必要时可与肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素伍用。|3.房室传导阻滞。|4.抗休克,可用于心源性休克和感染性休克。对中心静脉压高、心输出量低者，应在补足血容量的基础上再用本品。
用法用量
每瓶含盐酸异丙肾上腺素56mg和愈创甘油醚70mg，按盐酸异丙肾上腺素计算，喷雾吸入0.1～0.4mg／次，极量0.4mg／次，2.4mg／日。
不良反应
常见心悸、头痛、头晕、喉干、恶心、软弱无力及出汗等副作用。
禁忌
高血压、甲亢病人慎用。
注意事项
1.在已有明显缺氧的哮喘患者，用量过大，易致心肌耗氧量增加，易致心律失常，甚至可致室性心动过速及心室颤动。|2.成人心率超过120次／分，小儿心率超过140～160次／分时，应慎用。冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗塞、嗜铬细胞瘤及甲状腺机能亢进患者禁用。|3.舌下含眼时，宜将药片嚼碎，含于舌下，否则达不到速效。|4.过多、反复应用气雾剂可产生耐受性，此时，不仅β受体激动剂之间有交叉耐受性，而且对内源性肾上腺素能递质也产生耐受性，使支气管痉挛加重，疗效降低，甚至增加死亡率。故应限制吸入次数和吸入量。

遮光，密封，在阴凉处干燥处保存。
