适应症
本品口服适用于对磷霉素敏感的致病菌所致的下列感染：|1.肠道感染：细菌性肠炎、菌痢。|2.泌尿生殖系统感染：前列腺炎、膀胱炎、肾盂肾炎、尿道炎。|3.皮肤科及软组织感染：疖痈、炭疽、汗腺炎、淋巴结炎、毛囊炎。|4.呼吸道感染：鼻咽炎、扁桃体炎、气管炎、早期慢性支气管炎。|5.眼科：麦粒肿、泪囊炎。6．妇科：阴道炎、子宫颈炎、子宫内膜炎。
用法用量
本品口服。成人每日10～20粒;小儿每日按体重一次.0～100mg/kg,一日3～4次。
不良反应
1.本品主要为轻度胃肠道反应,如恶心、胃纳减退、中上腹不适、稀便或轻度腹泻等。|2.一般不影响继续用药,偶可发生皮疹、嗜酸粒细胞增多、丙氨酸氨基转移酶升高等,未见肾、血液系统等的毒性反应。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.与β-内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类等抗生素联用时常呈协同作用,并可减少或延迟细菌耐药性的产生。|2.磷霉素在体外对二磷酸腺苷(ADP)介导的血小板凝集有抑制作用,剂量加大时更为显著,但临床应用中尚未见引起出血的报道。
