适应症
1.用于缓解类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、脊柱关节病、痛风性关节炎、风湿性关节炎等各种慢性关节炎的急性发作期的关节肿痛症状。2.缓解各种软组织急性发作期风湿性疼痛，如肩痛、腱鞘炎、滑囊炎、肌痛等。3.急性的轻、中度疼痛如：手术后、创伤后、劳损后及运动后损伤性疼痛、原发性痛经、牙痛、头痛等。4.对成人和儿童的发热有解热作用。
用法用量
1.深部肌肉注射，每日1次，每次1～2ml，必要时每天2次，于两侧臀部分别注射。 2.疗程不超过2天。 3.年老、体弱的高热患者酌情减量，或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.常见有胃肠道反应，如胃不适，烧灼感，反酸，纳差，恶心等，停药或对症处理即可消失。长期应用可出现胃溃疡，胃出血，胃穿孔。2.少数出现浮肿，少尿，电解质紊乱等。3.偶有神经系统反应（发生率<1%），如头痛，眩晕，嗜睡，兴奋等。4.注射部位肿痛。
禁忌
1.对阿斯匹林或其它非甾体类消炎药过敏或有哮喘病史者禁用。2.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.本品非病因治疗药，亦不能控制各慢性关节炎的病程作用。2.有消化性溃疡史或溃疡出血史者慎用。3.肝、肾功能损害或溃疡患者慎用。尤其是老年人。用药期间应常规随访检查肝、肾功能。4.本品因含钠，对限制钠盐摄入量的病人应慎用。5.对诊断的干扰:本品可致血清氨基转移酶一过性升高，血清尿酸含量下降，尿酸含量升高。6.用药期间如出现胃肠出血、肝、肾功能损害，视力障碍、血象异常及过敏反应等，即应停药。
