适应症
本品适用于敏感革兰阴性杆菌所致的尿路感染，如大肠埃希菌、克雷伯菌属、变形杆菌属、肠杆菌属等。由于目前大肠埃希菌对其耐药者多见，宜根据药敏结果选用该药。
用法用量
成人剂量为每次0.5～1g，每日3次，疗程1～2周。
不良反应
1.胃肠道反应：恶心、呕吐、腹泻、腹痛。
2.中枢神经系统反应：嗜睡、无力、头痛、头昏及眩晕。
3.过敏反应：皮疹、瘙痒、荨麻疹、血管性水肿、嗜酸性粒细胞增多、关节痛伴关节强直及肿胀等过敏样反应。直接暴露于阳光可发生光敏反应。
4.其他：罕见胆汁淤积、感觉异常、代谢性酸中毒、血小板减少、粒细胞减少或溶血性贫血。
禁忌
对本品过敏及有抽搐病史的患者禁用。
注意事项
1.肝脏疾患、肾功能不全、癫痫及严重脑动脉硬化患者慎用本品。
2.本品应与饮食同服，适量饮水，不宜同服抗酸药。
3.服用本品时可发生中、重度光敏反应，应避免过度暴露于阳光，如发生光敏反应需停药。
4.葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6PD)缺乏患者服用本品，偶可发生溶血反应。
5.连续服用本品超过2周者应监测血象、肝、肾功能。
贮藏
密封保存。
