适应症
抗凝血药，可阻抑血液的凝固过程。用于防止血栓的形成。
用法用量
1.成人剂量①深部皮下注射，首次5000～10000单位，以后每8小时5000～10000单位或每12小时10000～20000单位，或根据凝血试验监测结果调整。②静脉注射，首次5000～10000单位，以后按体重每4小时50～100单位/kg，或根据凝血试验监测结果确定。用前先以氯化钠注射液50～100ml稀释。③静脉滴注，每日20000～40000单位，加至氯化钠注射液1000ml中24小时持续点滴，之前常先以5000单位静脉注射作为初始剂量。④预防性应用，术前2小时深部皮下注射5000单位，之后每8～12小时重复上述剂量，持续7天。2.儿童剂量①静脉注射，首次剂量按体重50单位/kg，之后每4小时50～100单位/kg，或根据凝血试验监测结果调整。②静脉滴注，首次50单位/kg，之后50～100单位/kg，每4小时一次，或按体表面积10000～20000单位/m2，24小时持续点滴，亦可根据部分凝血活酶时间(APTT或KPTT)试验结果确定。对于心血管外科手术，其首次剂量及持续60分钟以内的手术用量同成人常用量。对于弥散性血管内凝血，每4小时25～50单位/kg持续静脉点滴。若4～8小时后病情无好转即应停用。
不良反应
1.局部刺激，可见注射局部小结节和血肿，数日后自行消失。||2.长期用药可引起出血，血小板减少及骨质疏松等。||3.过敏反应较少见。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。有出血倾向及凝血机制障碍者禁用。
注意事项
1.肝肾功能不全、出血性器质性病变、视网膜血管疾患、服用抗凝血药者应慎用。||2.本品不可肌肉注射给药。
贮藏
遮光，在阴凉处保存。
