适应症
主要用于寻常型斑块状银屑病。
用法用量
1? 浓度递增疗法：开始治疗时，使用低浓度至少5天，待皮肤适应后，再增加浓度，递增浓度从0.05%、0.1%、0.25%、0.5%、0.8%、1.0%到3%。门诊病人可每日一次治疗，入睡前涂药，第二天清晨用肥皂洗去，白天涂润肤剂以保持皮肤润滑。住院病人可每日早晚两次治疗，每次治疗前进行焦油浴可增加疗效。 2? 短程接触疗法：经不同浓度和接触时间的试验，发现以3％浓度为终剂量，作用20分钟后洗去，每日1次治疗，为最佳浓度和接触时间；也可采用低浓度、短程接触疗法，即用0.1％软膏作用5~20分钟或用1％软膏作用5分钟然后用肥皂洗去，均可产生足够的抗银屑病活性，而且副作用最小。所以对于静止期皮损，更适用该疗法。对于大的持久性皮损，可用较高浓度治疗，开始可用1％软膏，每日1次，持续10~20分钟用肥皂洗去，以后逐步延长持续时间至30、40和60分钟，直至出现轻度红斑。 3? 联合疗法：地蒽酚可与其他药物或疗法联合应用。经典联合应用是地蒽酚与UVB联合应用或是与焦油浴和UVB联合应用。短程接触疗法与UVB联用可显著延缓复发并能减轻红斑刺激的症状。与焦油联合应用，比单用地蒽酚刺激性小，而且不影响其抗银屑病活性。对于较厚的皮损，可先用角质溶解剂处理，然后应用地蒽酚。当皮损消退后，酌情维持治疗。
不良反应
主要的不良反应是对皮肤有刺激作用、引起发红、灼热、瘙痒等症状。指甲可染为红褐色，并使衣物黄染。
禁忌
对地蒽酚类化合物过敏者禁用，对进展期脓疱性银屑病禁用
注意事项
于皮肤敏感性的个体差异，因此必须密切监测刺激性并小心提高治疗进程。涂药时要戴塑料手套，以防皮肤刺激。少数患者对地蒽酚高度敏感，甚至在浓度低至0.0005％时也会引起接触性皮炎。故宜小面积开始。避免与眼睛接触，接触眼睛后能发生严重结膜炎、角膜炎或角膜浑浊。该药会污染衣物。治疗结束后，地蒽酚所造成的皮肤染色可外用水杨酸软膏，在2~3周内即可去除。应放在儿童不宜够着的地方。
贮藏
本品极易氧化变色，原料及制剂均应避光密闭于阴凉处保存。
