适应症
与其他抗结核药合用于淋巴结结核、粘膜结核（如喉结核、肠结核）及浸润性肺结核
用法用量
口服。成人一日最初25-50mg,以后渐增至一日100-15Omg；小儿体重小于lOkg者一日剂量为25mg，体重10-20kg者一日剂量为50mg，20-40kg者一日剂量为100mg,可分2-3次服用或顿服。
不良反应
1.消化道症状:恶心、呕吐及腹泻等胃肠道反应最多见。
2.肝毒性:可发生伴有黄疸的严重肝损害,偶可致死；多见于同时接受异烟肼治疗患者。
3.血液系统:表现为粒细胞减少、血小板减少等骨髓抑制现象；也可发生溶血性贫血。
4.耳毒性:可出现头晕、眩晕、共济失调、耳鸣甚至耳聋。
5.过敏反应:可出现皮疹,偶见剥脱性皮炎或 Stevens-Johnson氏综合征(多形糜烂性红斑，见于皮肤、口、鼻粘膜和眼结膜)。
6.肾脏损害：尿中出现蛋白、管型、红细胞及血尿素氮升高。氨硫脲的不良反应与剂量有关，如一日剂量>100mg，不良反应发生率为68%；一日剂量<100mg，不良反应发生率为 26%。
禁忌
禁忌症 对本品过敏、肝肾功能不全、糖尿病及贫血患者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品不能延缓生长期，故不能作间歇疗法。
2.避免用于结核病合并HIV/AIDS患者,以免发生致死性剥脱性皮炎，尤其是与乙硫异烟胺或丙硫异烟胺合用时。使用本品者,一旦出现无其他原因可究的皮肤瘙痒，应立即停药。
