适应症
敏感菌所致的胃肠炎、细菌性痢疾等肠道感染。
用法用量
口服。 一次1~3粒，一日3次。
不良反应
恶心、呕吐、药疹、腹泻，停药后即消失；可发生瘙痒，皮疹，偶可呈严重的渗出性多形红斑；偶可发生无菌性脑膜炎，有头痛、颈项强直等现象。
禁忌
1? 对盐酸小檗碱和甲氧苄啶及磺胺类药物过敏者禁用。
2? 葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏的儿童禁用。
3? 新生儿及2个月以内婴儿禁用。
注意事项
1? 本品可引起溶血性贫血，导致黄疸。
2? 用药期间应注意血象检查，在疗程长、服用剂量大、老年、营养不良及服用抗癫痫药者，易出现叶酸缺乏症，如周围血象中白细胞或血小板已有明显减少，则应停药。

避光，密闭保存。
