适应症
适用于急慢性风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、痛风，还可用于发热、头痛、牙痛、神经痛、手术后轻中度疼痛等。
用法用量
1.成人： (1)类风湿性、风湿性关节炎：4g，每天早晚饭后各1次；骨关节炎：2g，每天2次。 (2)解热镇痛：0.5～1.5g，每天3～4次。 2.儿童：每天25mg/kg，分4次服。 3.老年患者2g，每天2次，或早晨2g，晚上4g，每天不超过6g，疗程不超过10天。
不良反应
1.胃、肠道反应较轻微，可有恶心、胃烧灼感、消化不良、便秘，也有报道引起腹泻者。
2.可引起皮疹。
3.嗜睡、头晕、定向障碍等神经精神症状。
4.小儿急性发热性疾病，尤其是流感及水痘患儿有引起Reye’s综合症的危险。中国尚不多见。
5.长期用药可影响肝功能，并有引起肝细胞坏死的报道。
6.长期应用有可能引起镇痛药性肾病。
禁忌
严重肝肾功能不全，非甾体抗炎药过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.交叉过敏：对非甾体抗炎药过敏者对本品也过敏。
2.肝肾功能损害及严重胃、肠溃疡病史者慎用。
3.本品仅为对症药物，因此在服本品3天后仍发热或服本品10天后仍疼痛者，必须就医检查。
4.必须在医生医嘱下方能作为抗风湿药物较长期应用。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
