适应症
用于治疗儿童多动症、轻度抑郁症及发作性睡病。也可用于遗传性过敏性皮炎。
用法用量
口服、儿童多动症：一次20mg，一日1次，晨服。效果不显著可逐渐加大剂量，一日总量不超过60mg。为避免失眠，下午不服药。过敏性皮炎：初始剂量20mg，每2～3日递增20mg，至止痒或一日剂量80mg为止，每周用6日，停药1日。
不良反应
1、?常见的为厌食、失眠或体重减轻。
2、?少见的为头昏、萎靡、易激惹、抑郁、恶心、皮疹、胃疼。
3、?罕见的为黄疸。
禁忌
肝、肾功能损害者，癫痫患者。
注意事项
1、?为避免耐药，每周最好仅服药5-6日。
2、?对儿童进行短期治疗时，不失为安全有效的药物，但对6岁以下儿童的安全性，尚无足够资料证实，因此，通常应避免用于6岁以下儿童。长期用药对儿童的影响，尚需积累更多临床资料。
3、肝、肾有明显损害者，应慎用本品。一般在治疗前应检查肝功能，治疗过程中应注意复查。
4、其他不良反应有眼球震颤及运动障碍，偶有头痛、头昏、恶心、胃痛、皮疹、嗜睡、烦躁不安、易激动及轻度抑郁等，减量或停药即可消失。
贮藏
密闭，在凉暗干燥处保存。
