适应症
用于缓解胃酸过多所致的胃痛、胃灼热感（烧心）、反酸。
用法用量
1.口服，一次150mg（一次1粒），一日2次，或一次300mg（一次2粒），睡前1次。|2.维持治疗：口服，一次150mg（一次1粒），每晚1次。|3.严重肾病患者，雷尼替丁的半衰期延长，剂量应减少，一次75mg（一次半粒），一日2次。|4.治疗卓-艾（Zollinger-Ellison）综合征，宜用大量，一日600～1200mg（一日4粒～8粒）。
不良反应
1.常见的有：恶心、皮疹、便秘、乏力、头痛、头晕等。|2.对肾功能、性腺功能和中枢神经的不良反应较轻。|3.少数患者服药后引起轻度肝功能损伤，停药后症状即消失，肝功能也恢复正常。
禁忌
1.8岁以下儿童禁用。|2.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.本品连续使用不得超过7天，症状未缓解，请咨询医师或药师。|2.老年患者与肝肾功能不全患者慎用。|3.如服用过量或出现严重不良反应，应立即就医。|4.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。|5.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。|6.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。|7.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。|8.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
贮藏
遮光，密封，在干燥处保存。
