适应症
本品功效: 1.使用于各期高血压。 2.不适宜手术治疗的肾血管性、肾性高血压患者也可使用。 3.伴有溃疡及哮喘病的高血压患者同样适用，不发生溃疡及哮喘并发症。
用法用量
开始治疗量为每次一片，一日三次，饭后服用，一周后，根据血压变化程度逐渐增减，或在医生指导下使用，最大剂量为每次四片，一日三次。
不良反应
常见的有口干、上腹不适、夜尿多、乏力等现象;较少见的有失眠、嗜睡、恶心、头晕、便秘等。
禁忌
1.对本品成份过敏者禁用。
2.主动脉瘤、脑中风患者禁用。
3.严重肾功能障碍患者禁用。
4.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.停服本药时需逐渐减量，因少数患者突然停药可能出现血回升现象。
2.不适用于嗜铬细胞瘤引起的高血压。
3.如能配合低盐饮食（每天5-6g），可增强和巩固疗效。
贮藏
密闭、避光、置阴凉干燥处。
