适应症
本品用于早期老年性白内障,玻璃体浑浊等眼病的治疗。
用法用量
滴眼。一次1滴,一日3次。
不良反应
少数病例滴眼后有局部刺激感和(或)结膜囊分泌物增多，一般在继续用药过程中症状会减退或消失。极少数特异性过敏体质的患者使用本品后可能出现结膜、眼睑充血和严重不适感。
禁忌
1.对本品特异过敏者禁用。
2.眼部有严重炎症或溃疡者应禁用。
3.与汞制剂无论是内服或眼用均应禁用。因二药配伍使用后可产生对角膜有强烈腐蚀性的二碘化汞。
注意事项
1.患者应严格遵照本说明书规定的用法和用量,切勿过量使用。
2.如用药后有持续性结膜充血或刺痛不适感,应停药就诊。
3.眼部有慢性炎症使用本药或合并使用其他药物,请咨询医生。
4.甲状腺机能亢进者和低血压或其他内分泌紊乱者慎用。
5.本品开启使用后要避免污染,如发现药液浑浊,切勿再用。用毕后密闭存放与阴凉避光处。
6.为维持疗效,本品宜长期使用。
7.当药品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
