适应症
本品仅对分枝杆菌有效，本品与其他抗结核药联合用于结核病经一线药物(如链霉素、异烟肼、利福平和乙胺丁醇)治疗无效者。
用法用量
1.成人常用量:口服,与其他抗结核药合用,一次250mg,一日2～3次。2.小儿常用量:与其他抗结核药合用,一次按体重口服4～5mg/kg,一日3次。
不良反应
1. 发生率较高者有:精神忧郁(中枢神经系统毒性)。
2. 发生率较少者有:步态不稳或麻木，针刺感，烧灼感，手足疼痛(周围神经炎)，精神错乱或其他精神改变(中枢神经系统毒性)，眼或皮肤黄染(黄疸，肝炎)。
3. 发生率极少者有:视力模糊或视力减退，合并或不合并眼痛(视神经炎)，月经失调或怕冷，性欲减退(男子)，皮肤干而粗糙，甲状腺功能减退，关节疼痛，僵直肿胀。
4. 如持续发生以下情况者应予注意:腹泻，唾液增多，流口水，食欲减退，口中金属味，恶心，口痛，胃痛，胃部不适，呕吐(胃肠道紊乱，中枢神经系统毒性)，眩晕(包括从卧位或坐位起身时)，嗜睡，软弱(中枢神经系统毒性)。
禁忌
对本品成分过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1. 交叉过敏，患者对异烟肼、吡嗪酰胺、烟酸或其他化学结构相近的药物过敏者可能对本品过敏。
2. 对诊断的干扰：可使丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶测定值增高。
3. 有下列情况时慎用：糖尿病、严重肝功能减退。
4. 治疗期间须进行检验：
(1) 用药前和疗程中每2～4周测定丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶，但上述试验值增高不一定预示发生临床肝炎，并可能在继续治疗过程中恢复。
(2) 眼部检查，如治疗过程中出现视力减退或其他视神经炎症状时应立即进行眼部检查，并定期复查。
