适应症
本品常用于胃和十二指肠溃疡，慢性浅表性胃炎，十二指肠球炎。
用法用量
口服。 1.成人：每次0.4g，每日3～4次，餐前15分钟服用，连续服用30～60天，亦可根据胃镜或X线检查结果决定用药时间。 2.小儿：每次10～15mg/kg，每日3次，餐前15分钟服用，疗程视病情而定。
不良反应
1.本品无明显副作用，偶有口干、便秘、瘙痒、失眠、腹胀、下肢酸胀等不良反应，一般不需要特殊处理。
2.个别报道有暂时性白细胞减少和轻度转氨酶升高。
禁忌
胆囊管及胆道完全梗阻的病人禁用。
注意事项
1.本品抑制胃酸分泌的作用较H2受体拮抗剂弱，临床已不再单独用于治疗溃疡病，但其利胆作用较受重视。
2.用药期间应避免烟、酒及刺激性食物和精神创伤。
