适应症
本品主要用于恶性淋巴瘤、乳腺癌和急性白血病.对肺癌、黑色素瘤、软组织肉瘤、多发性骨髓瘤、肝癌、大肠癌、肾癌、前列腺癌、子宫内膜癌、睾丸肿瘤、胆囊癌、卵巢癌和头颈部癌也有一定疗效.
用法用量
将本品溶于50ml以上的氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液中滴注,时间不少于30分钟。剂量:单用本品,按表面积一次12-14mg/m2,每2-4周一次;或按体表面积一次4-8mg/m2,一日1次,连用2-5天,间隔2-3周。联合用药,按体表面积一次5-10mg/m2。
不良反应
1.骨髓抑制,引起白细胞和血小板减少,为剂量限制性毒性。|2.少数患者可能有心悸、早搏及心电图异常。|3.可有恶心、呕吐、食欲减退、腹泻等消化道反应。|4.偶见乏力、脱发、皮疹、口腔炎等。
禁忌
1.对本品过敏者禁用。|2.有骨髓抑制或肝功能不全者禁用。|3.一般情况差，有并发病及心、肺功能不全的病人应慎用。
注意事项
1.用药期间应严格检查血象.|2.有心脏疾病,用过蒽环类药物或胸部照射的患者,应密切注意心脏毒性的发生。|3. 用药时应注意避免药液外溢,如发现外溢应立即停止,再从另一静脉重新进行.|4.本品不宜与其他药物混合注射.|5.本品遇低温可能析出晶体,可将安瓿置热水中加温,晶体溶解后使用.

遮光，密闭保存。
