适应症
1.是由粉尘螨提取的有效抗原，为一种强烈的过敏原，用于脱敏治疗。 2.据认为，其作用机理是通过少量多次地给予过敏原，使人体产生较多的特异性阻断抗体（igg），后者占据了肥大细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞抗体及抗原联接位置，从而产生免疫耐受性，经较长时期的注射给药后可使体内ige减少而脱敏。 3.临床试用于过敏性哮喘有显著疗效，对异位性皮炎的疗效较一般抗组胺药为佳。适用于吸入型哮喘、过敏性鼻炎、异位性皮炎、泛发性湿疹、慢性荨麻疹等。
用法用量
1.皮下注射，成人通常每周1次，15次为一疗程： (1)第1～3周，用1：100000浓度，各周剂量相应为0.3，0.6，1.0ml； (2)第4～6周，用1：10000浓度，各周剂量相应为0.1，0.3，0.6ml； (3)第7～15周，用1：5000浓度，前2周剂量相应为0.3，0.6ml，以后每周1.0ml；如疗程结束时效果明显，可改用维持量，每2周1次，每次1：5000浓度1ml。 2.儿童以25周为一疗程： (1)第1～10周，用1：100000浓度，自0.1ml开始，每周递增0.1ml； (2)第11～20周，用1：10000浓度，自0.1ml开始，每周递增0.1ml； (3)第21～25周，用1：5000浓度，各周剂量相应为0.6，0.7，0.8，0.9，1.0ml，如疗程结束时效果明显，可改用维持量，每2周1次，每次1：5000浓度1ml。
不良反应
可见局部红肿、皮疹、轻微哮喘。
禁忌
1.肾功能严重低下者、严重心血管病患者禁用。
2.6 岁以下儿童禁用。
3.对本品及辅料过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.应在医师指导下应用。注射前应先用1：100000的药液（将1：10000的药液用0.9％氯化钠注射液稀释10倍）0.1ml作皮试，观察半小时，如丘疹反应直径大于10mm，则第一次注射量应比规定剂量适当减少。治疗5～10次后再按上述剂量注射。
2.凡注射后24小时内有局部红肿、皮疹等反应者，下次注射剂量直减半或不增。
3.可见局部红肿、皮疹或轻微哮喘。
4.每次注射后需观察半小时，如发生休克，其处理方法与青霉素休克时相同，因此，使用本品时应配备肾上腺素等救治过敏性休克的药械。
5.停药二周以上再次用药时仍需从小剂量开始，逐渐减量。
6.6岁以下儿童以不用为妥。严重心血管疾患和肾功能严重低下者禁用。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
