适应症
本品用于过敏性皮炎、湿疹、神经性皮炎、脂溢性皮炎、接触性皮炎、中毒性皮炎、壅滞性皮炎、钱币形皮炎及异位性皮炎;也可用于念珠菌感染的皮肤病及间擦疹、肛门及外阴瘙痒。
用法用量
外用。一日2-3次。涂擦患处。
不良反应
长期应用可引起局部皮肤萎缩、毛细血管扩张、痤疮样皮炎、毛囊炎、色素沉着及继发感染。
禁忌
1．牛痘、水痘等病毒性皮肤瘸患者禁用。
2．念珠菌以外的其它真菌性皮肤病患者禁用。
3．对本品所含各成份有过敏史者禁用。
4．眼科及鼓膜穿孔的患者禁用。
注意事项
1．本品含有多种抗生素，长期使用会导致不敏感细菌和霉菌等的过量生长，而引起二重感染，对此必须同时使用其他抗菌素治疗。如发生不良反应，应立即停用。
2．本品含有新霉素能引起肾中毒和耳中毒，对于大面积烧伤、营养性溃疡等病人应慎用。
3．有明显循环系统疾病的患者慎用。
4．避免全身大面积使用及长期使用，一般用药不宜超过4～6周。
5．涂药处如有灼烧、瘙痒、红肿时，应停止用药。
6．请将此药置于儿童不能触及处。
贮藏
密闭，在阴凉处(不超过20℃)保存。
