适应症
各种原因引起的叶酸缺乏及叶酸缺乏所致的巨幼细胞贫血；妊娠期、哺乳期妇女预防给药；慢性溶血性贫血所致的叶酸缺乏。
用法用量
肌内注射：每次10～20mg。
不良反应
罕见过敏反应。长期用药可以出现畏食、恶心、腹胀等胃肠症状。大量服用叶酸是，可是尿呈黄色。
禁忌
维生素Ｂ１２缺乏引起的巨幼细胞贫血不能单用叶酸治疗。
注意事项
1??静脉注射较易致不良反应，故不宜采用；肌肉注射时，不宜与维生素Ｂ１、维生素Ｂ２、维生素Ｃ同管注射；
2??口服大剂量叶酸，可以影响微量元素锌的吸收；
3??诊断明确后再用药；若为实验性治疗，应用生理量口服；
4??营养性巨幼细胞贫血常合并缺铁，应同时补充铁，并补充蛋白质及其他Ｂ族维生素；
5??恶性贫血及疑有维生素Ｂ１２缺乏的病人，不单独用叶酸，因这样会加重维生素Ｂ１２的负担和神经系统症状。
6??一般不用维持治疗，除非是吸收不良的病人。

遮光,密封保存。
