适应症
1.本品用于阵发性室性心动过速、阵发性室上性心动过速及预激综合征伴室上性心动过速、心房扑动或心房颤动的预防。|2.也可用于各种早搏的治疗。
用法用量
静脉注射:成人常用量 1-1.5mg/kg或以70mg加5%葡萄糖液稀释，于10分钟内缓慢注射，必要时10～20分钟重复一次，总量不超过210mg。静注起效后改为静滴，滴速0.5～1.0mg/分钟或口服维持。
不良反应
1.早期的不良反应有头痛，头晕、闪耀，其后可出现胃肠道障碍如恶心、呕吐、便秘等。也有出现房室阻断症状。有两例在连续服用两周后出现胆汁郁积性肝损伤的报道，停药后2～4周各酶的活性均恢复正常。据认为这一病理变化属于过敏反应及个体因素性。|2.在试用过程中未见肺、肝及造血系统的损害，有少数病人出现上述口干、头痛、眩晕、胃肠道不适等轻微反应，一般都在停药后或减量后症状消失。有报道个别病人出现房室传导阻滞，Q-T间期延长，P-R间期轻度延长，QRS时间延长等。
禁忌
1.无起搏器保护的窦房结功能障碍、严重房室传导阻滞、双束支传导阻滞患者|2.严重充血性心力衰竭、心源性休克、严重低血压及对该药过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.心肌严重损害者慎用。|2.严重的心动过缓，肝、肾功能不全，明显低血压患者慎用。|3.如出现窦房性或房室性传导高度阻滞时，可静注乳酸钠、阿托品、异丙肾上腺素或间羟肾上腺素等解救。|4.遇结晶析出时可于温水中溶解后使用。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存(10～30℃)。
