适应症
1.用于促使眼局部积贮的药液、渗出液或血液的扩散，促使玻璃体混浊的吸收、预防结膜化学烧伤后睑球粘连，并消除有关的炎症反应； 2.用于骨关节炎的治疗。
用法用量
本品以适量氯化钠注射液溶解，制成150单位/ml或适宜浓度的溶液。皮试：取上述药液，皮内注射约0.02ml。如5分钟内出现具有伪足的疹块，持续20～30分钟，并有瘙痒感，示为阳性。但在局部出现一过性红斑，是由于血管扩张所引起，则并非阳性反应。1.促进局部组织中药液、渗出液或血液的扩散，以上述药液注射于肿胀或其周围部位，用量视需要而定，但一次用量不超过1500单位。2.促进皮下输液的扩散：在皮下输液每1000ml中添加本品150单位，可根据输液品种的不同（粘度和刺激性等）适当增加。3.球后注射促进玻璃体混浊及出血的吸收，每次100～300单位/ml，每日1次。4.结膜下注射促使结膜下出血或球后血肿的吸收，每次50～150单位/0.5ml，每日或隔日一次。5.滴眼预防结膜化学烧伤后睑球粘连，治疗外伤性眼眶出血、外伤性视网膜水肿等：浓度为150单位/ml，每2小时滴眼1次。6.关节腔内注射：每次2ml，每周一次，连续3～5周。
不良反应
个别情况下可致过敏反应，包括瘙痒、荨麻疹以及其他较严重的过敏反应。
禁忌
1.恶性肿瘤患者禁用，以防止本品促进肿瘤的扩散。 2.心衰或休克病人禁用。 3.本品有导致感染扩散的危险，不得注射于感染炎症区及其周围组织。其他部位有感染者应慎用。
注意事项
（1）不可作静脉注射。（2）不能直接应用于角膜。（3）不能用于被虫叮蛰引起的肿胀。（4）水溶液极不稳定,宜临用前配制。剩余溶液可在30 ℃以下保存2周,但若有变色或沉淀则不可再用
贮藏
密闭，在阴凉（不超过20℃）干燥处保存。
