适应症
用于缓解各种关节炎及软组织病变的疼痛和肿胀的对症治疗。
用法用量
肌内注射成人一次10～20mg，一日1次。
不良反应
尚不明确。
禁忌
（1）恶心、胃痛，纳减及消化不良等胃肠不良反应最为常见。
（2）中性粒细胞减少、嗜酸粒细胞增多、血尿素氮增高、头晕、眩晕、耳鸣、头痛、全身无力、水肿，皮疹或瘙痒等。
（3）肝功能异常、血小板减少、多汗、皮肤瘀斑、脱皮、多形性红斑、中毒性上皮坏死、大疱性多形红斑(Stevens-Johnson综合征)，皮肤对光过敏反应、视力模糊、眼部红肿、高血压、血尿、低血糖，精神抑郁，失眠及精神紧张等。
注意事项
（1）长期应用应注意检查血象及肝、肾功能。
（2）交叉过敏。对阿司匹林或其他非甾体抗炎药过敏的患者，对本品也可能过敏。
（3）用药期间如出现过敏反应、血象异常、视力模糊、精神症状、水潴留及严重胃肠反应时，应立即停药。
（4）下列情况应慎用：
①有凝血机制或血小板功能障碍时；
②哮喘；
③心功能不全或高血压；
④肾功能不全；
⑤老年人。
（5）能抑制血小板聚集，作用比阿司匹林弱，但可持续到停药后2周，术前和术后应停用。
（6）本品为对症治疗药物，必须同时进行病因治疗。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
