适应症
本品为蛋白质水解酶，能选择地水解蛋白质中由赖氨酸或精氨酸的羧基所构成的肽链，能消化溶解变性蛋质，对未变性的蛋白质无作用，因此，能使脓、痰液、血凝块等分解、变稀，易于引流排除，加速创面净化，促进肉芽组织新生，此外还有抗炎症作用。临床上用于脓胸、血胸、外科炎症、溃疡、创伤性损伤、瘘管等所产生的局部水肿、血肿及脓肿等。喷雾吸入，用于呼吸道疾病。也可用于治疗毒蛇咬伤。还常用于动物细胞培养前对组织的处理。
用法用量
肌内注射，一次1.25万单位～5万单位，一日1次。 结膜下注射，一次1250～5000单位，每日或隔日1次。 滴眼，浓度250单位/ml，每日4～6次。 泪道冲洗，浓度250单位/ml。 毒蛇咬伤，以0.25～0.5%盐酸普鲁卡因注射液溶解成5000单位/ml浓度的溶液以牙痕为中心，在伤口周围作浸润注射或在肿胀部位上方作环状封闭，每次用量5万～10万单位。
不良反应
1.注射局部疼痛、硬结。 2本品可引起组胺释放，产生全身反应，有寒战、发热、头痛、头晕、胸痛、腹痛、皮疹、血管神经性水肿、呼吸困难、眼压升高、白细胞减少等。症状轻时不影响继续治疗，给予抗组胺药和对症药物即可控制，严重时应即停药。 3本品偶可致过敏性休克。
禁忌
不可用于急性炎症部位、出血空腔、肺出血一周以内。 肝、肾功能不全、血凝机制异常和有出血情况的患者禁用。
注意事项
用药前先用针头蘸本品溶液作皮肤划痕试验。显示阴性反应，方可注射。本品在水溶液中不稳定，溶解后效价下降较快，故应在临用前配制溶液。
