适应症
用于过敏性皮炎、湿疹、神经性皮炎、脂溢性皮炎及瘙痒症等。
用法用量
外用：一日2-4次，涂于患处，并轻揉片刻。
不良反应
报道和外用肾上腺皮质激素有关的局部副作用尤其是封闭式地敷药时，包括：灼烧感，痒，刺痛，干燥，多毛，突发粉刺，色素沉着，口周围皮炎，过敏性接触性皮炎，皮肤浸润，继发性感染，皮肤萎缩，痱子等。和外用新霉素有关的耳毒性、肾毒性、过敏反应也有报道。
禁忌
禁用于感染性皮肤病，如脓疱病、体癣、股癣等。2.对本品过敏者禁用
注意事项
外用皮质激素可能发生任何系统使用皮质激素包括肾上腺抑制剂时发生的副作用，尤其是婴儿和儿童使用时。大面积外用或封闭式涂敷可导致皮质激素或新霉素全身性吸收。避免将新霉素用于开放性伤口或损伤的皮肤。婴儿和儿童或长时间使用时更应注意。延长外用抗生素的使用可能导致非敏感细菌的过度生长，包括真菌。如果发生刺激、过敏或深度感染应停药并治疗。本药不能用于眼睛。慎用于面部、皮肤褶皱部位如腋下、腹股沟等。
