适应症
用于月经不调、子宫功能出血、子宫内膜异位症等；单方或与雌激素合用能抑制排卵，作避孕药。
用法用量
1．治疗子宫功能性出血：口服，每次5mg（8片），每8小时1次，连用3日，血止后，改为每12小时1次，7日后改为每次2.5～3.75mg(4-6片)维持，连续用2周左右。|2．痛经或子宫内膜增长过速：口服，一日2.5mg（4片），连续20日，下次月经周期第5日开始用药，3～6个周期为一疗程。|3．子宫内膜异位症：口服，每日10～30mg（16～48片），开始时每日10mg（16片），每二周后增加5mg（8片），最高为每日30mg（48片），分次服，连续服用6～9个月。|4．探亲避孕药，于探亲前一天或者当日中午起服用一片，此后每晚服一片，至少连服10～14天，如果需要，可以接着改服短效口服避孕药。
不良反应
1．主要为恶心、头晕、倦怠。|2．突破性出血。
禁忌
1.心血管疾病和高血压患者禁用。|2.肝．肾功能损害患者禁用。|3.糖尿病患者禁用。|4.哮喘病患者禁用。|5.癫痫患者禁用。|6.偏头痛患者禁用。|7.未明确该断的阴道出血患者禁用。|8.有血栓病史(晚期癌瘤治疗外)患者禁用。|9.胆囊疾病患者禁用。
注意事项
1．妊娠4个月内慎用，不宜用作早孕试验。|2．心血管疾病、高血压、肾功能损害、糖尿病、哮喘病、癫痫、偏头痛、未明确诊断的阴道出血、有血栓病史（晚期癌瘤治疗除外）、胆囊疾病和有精神抑郁史者慎用。|3．长期用药需注意检查肝功能，特别注意乳房检查。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
