适应症
用于治疗休克及麻醉时维持血压。也用于控制阵发性室上性心动过速。
用法用量
1.成人常用量：（1）血管收缩，局麻药液中每20ml可加本品1mg，达到1:20000浓度；蛛网膜下腔阻滞时，每2-3ml达到1:1000浓度。（2）升高血压，轻或中度低血压，肌内注射2-5mg，再次给药间隔不短于10-15分钟，静脉注射一次0.2mg，按需每隔10-15分钟给药一次。（3）阵发性室上性心动过速，初量静脉注射0.5mg，20-30秒钟内注入，以后用量递增，每次加药量不超过0.1-0.2mg，一次量以1mg为限。（4）严重低血压和休克（包括与药物有关的低血压），可静脉给药，5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液每500ml中加本品10mg（1:50000浓度）开始时滴速为每分钟100-180滴，血压稳定后递减至每分钟40-60滴，必要时浓度可加倍，滴速则根据血压而调节。（5）为了预防蛛网膜下腔阻滞期间出现低血压，可在阻滞前3-4分钟肌内注射本品2-3mg。
不良反应
1．胸部不适或疼痛、眩晕、易激怒、震颤、呼吸困难、虚弱等，一般少见，但持续存在时需注意。2．持续头痛以及异常心率缓慢，呕吐，头胀或手足麻刺痛感，提示血压过高而逾量应立即重视，调整用药量；反射性心动过缓可用阿托品纠正，其他逾量表现可用α受体阻滞剂如酚妥拉明治疗。3．静注给药治疗阵发性心动过速时常出现心率加快或不规则，提示过量。
禁忌
高血压、冠状动脉硬化、甲状腺功能亢进症、糖尿病、心肌梗死者禁用，近两周内用过单胺氧化酶抑制剂者禁用。
注意事项
1．交叉过敏反应：对其他拟交感胺如苯丙胺、麻黄碱、肾上腺素、异丙肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、奥西那林、间羟异丙肾上腺素过敏者，可能对本品也异常敏感。2．下列情况慎用：严重动脉粥样硬化、心动过缓、高血压、甲状腺功能亢进症、糖尿病、心肌病、心脏传导阻滞、室性心动过速、周围或肠系膜动脉血栓形成等患者。3．治疗期间除应经常测量血压外，须根据不同情况作其他必要的检查和监测。4．防止药液漏出血管，出现缺血性坏死。
