适应症
本品适用于由敏感细菌所致的败血症、尿路感染、肺部感染以及皮肤、眼、鼻旁窦、耳等局部感染。对绿脓杆菌感染，本品可作为首选药物。
用法用量
肌肉注射：成人一般剂量每天50万单位-100万单位计，重症病人可用至150万单位，分2-3次注射。疗程一般不超过两星期。静脉滴注：剂量每日50万单位，以注射用水2毫升溶解后，放入5%葡萄糖注射液500ml内缓慢滴注。成人处方限量每日不超过100万单位。疗程一般不超过7天。脑脊液感染：成人每次1万单位，儿童每次5000单位。鞘内注射：每天或隔天一次给药。以雾化吸入或气管滴入时，每日剂量50万单位儿童适当减量），溶液浓度为每毫升含5万单位。皮肤创面感染局部用药时，其浓度为每毫升1-5万单位。应用于眼、耳等器官感染的溶液浓度为每毫升1000-5000单位。
不良反应
1.肌内注射给药后有局部疼痛，少数病人出现红肿甚至硬块。肌内注射时用1％普鲁卡因溶解能减轻疼痛，但必须先做普鲁卡因皮肤试验。2.本品应用剂量过大或疗程过长，对肾脏有一定损害，少数病人可出现蛋白尿，红白细胞及管型、血液非蛋白氮偶有轻度增高者。此种副作用在一般病人并不严重，停药后可恢复正常，但肾功能损害者可加重病情，故应慎用或忌用。3.少数病人可能有皮肤感觉异常或麻木感，偶可发生药物热或药疹。
禁忌
肾功能损害者应慎用或忌用。
注意事项
雾化吸入或气管滴入时，本品可以吸收，上述药物反应也可能出现。
贮藏
严封，于凉暗干燥处保存。
