适应症

本品用于治疗和预防支气管哮喘及过敏性鼻炎。

用法用量

成人一般一次喷药0.05-0.1mg(每一次约喷出主药0.05mg）一日3~4次。重症用全身性皮质激素控制后再用本品治疗，每日最大量不超过1mg。儿童用量按年龄酌减每日最大量不超过0.8mg。症状缓解后逐渐减量。

不良反应

1.本品对个别人有刺激感，咽喉部出现白色念球菌感染。但吸后立即漱口可减轻刺激感，并可用局部抗菌药物控制感染。无钠水潴留作用。偶见声嘶或口干，少数可因变态反应引起皮疹。|2.少数患者可出现鼻，咽部干燥或烧灼感，喷嚏或轻微鼻出血等不良反应。|3.极个别患者发生的鼻中隔穿孔，眼压升高或青光眼可能与使用本品有关。

禁忌

对丙酸倍氯米松过敏者禁用。

注意事项

1.本品适用于轻症哮喘,急性发作时应加用其它平喘药。|2.用药后应在哮喘控制良好的情况下逐渐停用口服皮质激素,一般在本品治疗4-5天后才慢慢减量停用。|3.当药品性状发生改变时,禁止使用。|4.慎用于活动性或静止期肺结核患者。|5.鼻腔和鼻旁窦伴有细菌感染时,应给予适当的抗菌治疗。|6.对于采用口服类固醇治疗的患者,如肾上腺功能已有损害时,若改用本品,要注意脑下垂体―肾上腺系统的完全复原。|7.对于过量使用本品的患者、对本品高敏性患者及近期口服类固醇的患者,可能会产生全身性反应。|8.虽然本品可控制季节性鼻炎的大多数症状,但当受到夏季异常的变应原诱发时,用本品的同时应采用其他治疗,尤其是对眼部症状。|9.首次使用或用后放置一周以上再使用时,应先向空气中试喷。如遇喷不出情况,请确认使用是否正确或检查助动器喷孔是否堵塞。|10.本品系受压容器,严禁受热、撞击或在瓶上戳刺,即使将药用完也应避免。11.请将此药品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
