适应症
重症肌无力、手术后功能性肠胀气及尿潴留。
用法用量
1.口服，常用量一次15mg(1片)，一日3次，重症肌无力的患者用量视病情而定。|2.极量一次30mg(2片)，一日100mg(6片)。
不良反应
1.本品可致药疹，大剂量时可引起恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、流泪、流涎等。|2.严重时可出现共济失调、惊厥、昏迷、语言不清、焦虑不安、恐惧甚至心脏停搏等。
禁忌
1.对过敏体质者禁用。|2.癫痫、心绞痛、室性心动过速、机械性肠梗阻或尿道梗阻及哮喘病人禁用。
注意事项
1.口服过量时，应洗胃、早期维持呼吸，并常规给予阿托品对抗之。|2.心率失常、心率减慢、血压下降、迷走神经张力升高和帕金森症等慎用。
