适应症
用于蛔虫病，蛲虫病。
用法用量
1、蛔虫病，每日10mg/kg（一般为500mg），睡前一次顿服，连服2天。?
2、钩虫病，剂量同上，连服3天。?
3、蛲虫病，每日5~10mg/kg，连服3天。
4、鞭虫病，每日2次，每次6mg/kg，连服2天。
不良反应
1.推荐剂量时毒性很低，大剂量时才表现出毒性反应，可有恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、腹痛和腹泻等消化道症状。
2.少数病人发生头痛、眩晕、嗜睡、胸闷、皮疹等，一般为时短暂。
禁忌
1.孕妇及1岁以下小儿禁用。
2.肝功能不全者禁用。
注意事项
1.冠心病、严重溃疡病、肾脏病患者慎用。
2.营养不良、贫血患者应先给予支持疗法，然后应用本品。
3.服用本品无需空腹，也无需导泻。
4.如服用过量或出现严重不良反应，应立即就医。
5.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
6.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
7.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
8.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
9.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。

遮光，密闭保存。
