适应症
用于治疗对本品敏感的链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌属、肺炎球菌、肺炎杆菌所致的呼吸道感染、尿路感染、胆道感染等。
用法用量
肌内注射。 成人：一次0.5～0.75g（1～1.5支），一日2次。 小儿：按体重每日20～40mg/kg，分2次注射。疗程一般在10天以内，不超过14天。
不良反应
偶有皮疹、麻木、耳鸣、头痛、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等，个别可出现听力减退，眩晕或维生素Ｂ缺乏，血尿素氮及血氨基转移酶升高等。偶见休克报道。
禁忌
1．肾功能低下者禁用。 2．孕妇禁用。 3．婴幼儿禁用。 4．对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1．交叉过敏，对其他氨基糖苷类过敏的患者对本品也过敏。 2．下列情况应慎用。 （1）失水，由于血药浓度增高，产生毒性反应的可能性增加； （2）第8对脑神经损害，可致听神经和前庭功能损害； （3）重症肌无力或帕金森病，可致神经肌肉阻滞作用，导致骨骼肌软弱； （4）肾功能损害，宜根据肾功能损害程度调整剂量或给药间隔。 3．对诊断的干扰：可使丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、血清胆红素浓度及血清乳酸脱氢酶浓度的测定值增高；血钙、血镁、血钾、血钠浓度的测定值可能降低。 4．对患者应注意监测： （1）前庭功能检验，在用药前、用药过程中定期及长期用药后检测前庭毒性； （2）尿常规检查和肾功能测定，在用药前、用药过程中定期测定肾功能，以防止严重肾毒性反应。

密闭，在凉暗处保存。
