适应症
本品用于预防和治疗支气管哮喘或喘息型支气管炎等伴有支气管痉挛(喘鸣)症状的呼吸道疾病。
用法用量
1.一般作为临时用药，有哮喘发作预兆或哮喘发作时，喷雾吸入。 2.每次吸入100～200μg，即1～2喷，必要时可每隔4～8小时吸入一次，但24小时内最多不宜超过8喷。
不良反应
少数病例可见肌肉震颤，外周血管舒张及代偿性心率加速，头痛，不安，过敏反应。
禁忌
对其他β2激动剂、酒精和氟里昂过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、甲状腺机能亢进等患者应慎用。
2.长期使用可形成耐药性，不仅疗效降低，且有加重哮喘的危险，因此对经常使用本品者，应同时使用吸入或全身皮质类固醇治疗。
3.若病人症状较重，需要每天多次吸入本品者，应同时监测最大呼气流速，并应到医院就诊，请专业医师指导治疗和用药。
