适应症
主要用于治疗敏感革兰氏阳性菌所致感染，如肺炎、急性支气管炎、慢支合并肺部感染、急性扁桃腺炎、急性乳腺炎等。
用法用量
口服，成人一日1～1.6g，分3～4次服用。
不良反应
本品的胃肠道反应发生率较红霉素低，偶见皮疹和瘙痒。
禁忌
对本品及大环内酯类抗生素过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.对大环内酯类抗生素过敏或肝功能不全者慎用。
2.本品为抑菌性药物，要按一定时间间隔给药，以保持体内药物浓度，利于药效的发挥。
3.本品与红霉素有交叉耐药性。
4.用药期间定期随访肝功能。
5.本品偶可引起一过性血清氨基转移酶增高。
6.对诊断的干扰:本品可干扰Higerty法的荧光测定，使尿儿茶酚胺的测定值出现假性增高。血清碱性磷酸酶、胆红素、血清氨基转移酶的测定值均可能增高。
7.因不同的细菌对本品的敏感性存在一定差异，故应做药敏测定。
贮藏
遮光、密封、在干燥处保存。
