适应症
1.用于周围神经损伤、多发性神经炎、三叉神经痛、坐骨神经痛。|2.防治异烟肼中毒、妊娠、放射病、抗肿瘤药所致的呕吐；脂溢性皮炎、恶性贫血、营养性贫血等。|3.也可作为B族维生素缺乏者的营养补充剂。
用法用量
1.肌内注射：成人每次1支，一天1次；儿童用药遵医嘱。|2.静脉滴注：成人每次1-2支，一天1次。|3.用5%或10%葡萄糖注射液10ml或来菌注射用水10ml溶解，溶解后加入5%或10%葡萄糖注射液500ml静脉滴注。
不良反应
1.偶见头晕、乏力、恶心、呕吐、皮痒，肌注局部偶有硬包块，热敷或停药后可逐渐消失。|2.极个别有过敏反应如过敏性哮喘等。
禁忌
对本品过敏者慎用。
注意事项
1.就用硝酸硫胺时，测定血清茶碱浓度可受到干扰，测定尿酸浓度可呈假性增高，尿胆原可呈假阳性。|2.盐酸吡辛对诊断的干扰；尿胆原试验呈假阳性。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
