适应症
本品用于：|1.高尿酸血症伴慢性痛风性关节炎及痛风石,但必须：(1)肾小球滤过滤大于50～60ml/分钟。(2)无肾结石或肾结石史。(3)非酸性尿。(4)不服用水杨酸类药物者。|2.作为抗生素治疗的辅助用药,与青霉素、氨苄西林、苯唑西林、邻氯西林、萘夫西林(nafcillin)等抗生素同用时,可抑制这些抗生素的排出,提高血药浓度并能维持较长时间。
用法用量
口服。1.慢性痛风的高尿酸血症：成人一次ｏ.25g，一日2次，一周后可增至一次0.5g，一日2次。2.增强青霉素类的作用：(1)成人一次ｏ.5g，一日4次。(2)2～14岁或体重在50kg以下儿童，首剂按体重ｏ.ｏ25g/kg或按体表面积0.7g/m2，以后每次0.ｏ1g/kg或0.3g/m2，一日4次。
不良反应
1.胃肠道症状如恶心或呕吐等，见于约5%的服用者。偶可引起消化性溃疡。|2.能促进肾结石形成，应保证尿pH值≥6.5。大量饮水并同服碱化尿液的药物，以防肾结石。|3.本品与磺胺出现交叉过敏反应，包括皮疹、皮肤瘙痒及发热等，但少见。|4.偶引起白细胞减少、骨髓抑制及肝坏死等少见不良反应。
禁忌
1.对本品及磺胺类药过敏者。|2.肾功能不全者。|3.伴有肿瘤的高尿酸血症者，或使用细胞毒的抗癌药、放射治疗患者，均不宜使用本品，因可引起急性肾病。
注意事项
1.下述人员不宜服用本品、老年人、肝肾功能不全、活动性消化性溃疡或有活动性消化性溃疡病史及肾结石等。|2.痛风性关节炎急性发作症状尚未控制时不用本品;如在本品治疗期间有急性发作，可继续应用原来的用量，同时给予秋水仙碱或其他非甾体抗炎药治疗。|3.服用本品时应保持摄入足量水分(日250ｏml左右)，防止形成肾结石，必要时同时服用碱化尿液的药物。4.治疗痛风性关节炎，如患者有轻度肾功能不全，而24小时尿酸排泄量又未超过700mg，一般每天剂量不超过2g。|5.用本品期间不宜服水杨酸类制剂。|6.定期检测血和尿pH值、肝肾功能及血尿酸和尿尿酸等。|7.根据临床表现及血和尿尿酸水平调整药物用量，原则上以最小有效量维持较长时间。
