适应症
适用因消化道疾患吸收障碍、新生婴儿、早产婴儿、手术前后、肿瘤、长期昏迷等不能进食或大面积烧伤等各种需要补充脂肪营养的病人。
用法用量
1.成人静脉滴注，滴注速度40滴/分，一日250～500ml。|2.婴幼儿可用输注泵以小于0.8ml/kg/h的速度输注，一日每公斤体重剂量5～40ml。|3.定期检查病人廓清所给予脂肪的能力，可把剂量调整到最适当的范围。
不良反应
1.血液和血管：偶尔可以发生静脉炎、血管痛及出血倾向，并偶见有静脉血栓形成；过敏；肝脏长期使用可引起肝功能障碍，可采取减量措施；|2.循环系统：偶见血压降低、心动过速、气促、呼吸困难、发冷等；|3.消化系统：偶见恶心、呕吐、腹泻、口渴；其它方面有发热、寒战、面部潮红。
禁忌
血栓、严重肝损害、凝血障碍的病人，高血脂病人，糖尿病伴酮中毒患者禁用。
注意事项
1.轻度肝功能不全和凝血功能障碍者，患严重细菌性败血症者，在温箱中的早产儿慎用。|2.当连续使用脂肪乳时，要定期查血象以及凝血机制、肝功能、血脂水平。|3.当新生儿特别是呼吸功能紊乱和酸中毒的新生儿、早产儿脂肪代谢能力差，应慎用。首先使用本药时速度尽可能慢，不超过0.8ml/（kg・h），并测定血脂浓度，输注速率以不增加血脂浓度为宜。|4.勿将本品与其它药物并用，在使用血浆扩容剂（右旋糖酐、胶体制剂等）96小时后方可用本品。|5.不作皮下或肌肉注射。|6.静滴速度不宜太快，以免引起恶心、呕吐、发热、寒战、胸部压迫感等急性症状。|7.静脉滴注时药液必须保持室温程度，以免发生静脉炎和血管痛。|8.一旦冰冻后即不能再用。
