适应症
本品适用于过敏性与炎症性皮肤病和相关疾病，如湿疹，过敏性皮炎，接触性皮炎，神经性皮炎，扁平苔藓，盘状红斑狼疮，掌跖脓疱病，银屑病等。
用法用量
外用涂患处,一日2-3次,必要时予以封包。
不良反应
1.易引起红斑、灼热、丘疹、痂皮等。|2.长期用药可出现皮肤萎缩，毛细血管扩张，多毛，毛囊炎等。
禁忌
1.对细菌、真菌、病毒感染症，可使感染恶化。|2.对本品和其他皮质激素有过敏史患者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品不宜长期大面积应用，亦不宜采用封包治疗，大面积使用不能超过2周。|2.治疗顽固、斑块状银屑病，若用药面积仅占体表面积的5%～10%可连续应用4周，每周用量均不能超过50g。|3.伴有皮肤感染，必须同时使用抗感染药物。|4.不可用于眼部。|5.用药一周后症状未缓解，应向医师咨询。|6.药品性状发生改变时，禁止使用。
