适应症
本品用于革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌所引起的各种感染性疾病，例如败血症，气性坏疽 ，鼻炎，泪囊炎等。
用法用量
口服。每次2～4粒，每日4次，儿童酌减。
不良反应
1.主要为轻度胃肠道反应，如恶心、胃纳减退、中上腹不适、稀便或轻度腹泻等。一般不影响继续用药，偶可发生皮疹、嗜酸粒细胞增多、丙氨酸氨基转移酶升高等。|2.本品中TMP对叶酸代谢的干扰可产生血液系统不良反应，可出现白细胞减少，血小板减少或高铁血红蛋白性贫血。一般白细胞及血小板减少系轻度，及时停药可望恢复，也可加用叶酸制剂治疗。|3.过敏反应:可发生瘙痒、皮疹，偶可呈严重的渗出性多形红斑。|4.偶可发生无菌性脑膜炎，有头痛、颈项强直、恶心等表现。
禁忌
1.对本品过敏者禁用。|2.严重肝、肾疾病患者禁用。|3.血液病(如白细胞减少、血小板减少、紫癜症等)患者禁用。|4.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。|5.新生儿、早产儿禁用。
注意事项
1.磷霉素在体外对二磷酸腺苷(ADP)介导的血小板凝集有抑制作用，剂量加大时更为显著，但临床应用中尚未见引起出血的报道。|2.下列情况应慎用:肝功能损害；由于叶酸缺乏的巨幼红细胞性贫血或其他血液系统疾病；肾功能损害。|3.用药期间应定期进行周围血象检查，在疗程长、服用剂量大、老年、营养不良及服用抗癫痫药者易出现叶酸缺乏症，如周围血相中白细胞或血小板等已有明显减少则需停用本品。|4.如因服用本品引起叶酸缺乏时，可同时服用叶酸制剂，后者并不干扰本品的抗菌活性。如有骨髓抑制征象发生，应即停用本品，并给予叶酸3～6mg肌内注射，每日1次，使用3日或根据需要用药至造血功能恢复正常。对长期、过量使用本品者可给予高剂量叶酸并延长疗程。
