适应症
1.抗菌、喘气病、猪肺病、痢疾，用于防治巴氏杆菌、布氏杆菌、炭疽及大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌感染、急性呼吸道感染、猪支原体肺炎等。 2.对敏感菌所致泌尿道感染，宜同服维生素C酸化尿液。亦常作饲料添加剂，可防治疾病，也能改善饲料的利用率和促进增长。
用法用量
1.混饲：每1000公斤饲料，预防狗钩端螺旋体病750~1500克，连用7天；混饮：每升水，家禽100~400毫克，猪110~280毫克。
2.内服：一次量，每公斤体重，家禽50毫克，猪、羊、犊、驹10~20毫克，狗、猫20毫克，一日2~3次。
不良反应
按规定用量使用无不良反应。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1.忌与碱性溶液和含氯量多的自来水混合。
2.本品内服能吸收不完全、不规则。应避免与乳类制品及含多价金属离子的药物或饲料共服。
3.成年反刍动物、马属动物和兔不宜内服；马注射本品可发生胃肠炎，应慎用。
4.长期或大剂量使用，可诱发二重感染、维生素B或维生素K缺乏症和肝脏毒性等不良反应。若在用药期间出现腹泻、肺炎、肾孟肾炎或原因不明的发热时。应考虑有发生二重感染的可能。一经确诊，应立即停药并采取综合性防治措施。
