适应症
用于便秘的治疗，也可用于腹部X线检查或内窥镜检查前清洁肠道，以及手术前后清洁肠道用。
用法用量
口服，一次5～10mg，一日1次，睡前服。6岁以上儿童用量为成人的一半。
不良反应
偶可引起明显的腹部绞痛，停药后即消失。
禁忌
对本品过敏者、急腹症、炎症性肠病患者、6岁以下儿童禁用，孕妇禁用。
注意事项
1．应避免将本品粉末吸入或与眼睛、皮肤黏膜接触。
2．本品为肠溶片，服用时不得咀嚼或压碎，服药前2小时不得服牛奶或制酸药。
3．不宜长期用药，长期用药可能引起结肠功能紊乱、电解质紊乱、对泻药的依赖性及结肠黑变病。
4．用于儿童时应考虑到可能影响正常的排便反射功能。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
