适应症
本品为组胺H1受体拮抗剂，适用于成人所患的过敏性鼻炎、荨麻疹、湿疹、皮炎、皮肤瘙痒症、痒疹、伴有瘙痒的寻常性银屑病及过敏性支气管哮喘的防治。
用法用量
1.过敏性鼻炎:成人，口服本品一次10～20mg（1-2粒），一日一次。或按病情遵医嘱服用。|2.荨麻疹、湿疹、皮炎、皮肤瘙痒症、银屑病、支气管哮喘通常成人口服本品一次20mg（2粒），一日一次。或按年龄、症状遵医嘱服用。
不良反应
1.过敏症：当出现发疹或偶见荨麻疹、瘙痒、瘙痒性红斑时，应停止用药。|2.精神神经系统：偶见困倦、倦怠感、头痛。|3.消化系统：胃肠功能紊乱或消化不良。|4.肝脏：可见AST、ALT升高，偶见ALP、总胆固醇升高和黄疸。|5.肾脏：偶见蛋白尿出现。|6.循环系统：心悸。|7.呼吸系统：偶见呼吸困难、咳痰困难、鼻塞等。|8.血液：罕见白细胞数增多。
禁忌
对本品任何一种成分过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.长期接受类固醇剂治疗的患者在开始服用本品时，应适当减少类固醇剂的服用量。|2.大多数服用本品的患者可以驾驶或完成需精神集中的工作。但对于药物反应敏感的人群，建议服药后不进行驾驶或操纵精密机器。|3.本品和支气管扩张剂、类固醇等不同。它不是快速减轻气喘发作和症状的药物，所以在用于支气管哮喘的治疗时应对患者作出必要说明。|4.置于儿童不易取到处。
