适应症
治疗糖尿病多发性周围神经病变。
用法用量
口服，每日一次，每次0.6g（两片），早餐前半小时服用。对于较严重的症状，建议起始先采用注射治疗。由于糖尿病周围神经病变是慢性疾病，一般需长期服用，具体使用时间由医生根据个体特点决定。
不良反应
1.本品的不良反应如下：
(1)胃肠道系统：非常罕见（＜1/10,000）：恶心、呕吐、胃肠疼痛和腹泻。
(2)过敏反应：非常罕见（＜1/10,000）：皮肤过敏反应如皮疹、荨麻疹和搔痒。
(3)神经系统：非常罕见（＜1/10,000）：味觉改变或异常。
(4)全身反应：非常罕见（＜1/10,000）：由于糖利用的改善，少数病例中出现血糖降低。此时低血糖的症状有眩晕、出汗、头痛和视物异常。
2.如发生上述一项症状，应立即停药，并通知医生，医生会根据程度决定是否继续用药。
3.过敏症状一出现，即应停药并通知医生。
4.如发生任何上述未提及的不良反应，请通知医生或药师。
禁忌
对于本品及其他处方组成过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.食物会影响本品的吸收，因此应将硫辛酸和食物分开服用；
2.长期饮酒是神经病变发生、发展的重要危险因素，可影响本品治疗的成功率，因此建议糖尿病周围神经病变患者尽可能戒酒，无治疗间期内也如此；
3.由于补充一定的硫辛酸可以降低血糖浓度，因此对于那些带有糖尿病和偏头痛耐受不良者要谨慎。有必要的话，为避免出现低血糖，要进行血糖监控和将血糖药物的剂量调整。
