适应症
本品适用于溶血性链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌（耐甲氧西林株除外）及流感嗜血杆菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、奇异变形杆菌等肠杆菌科细菌敏感菌株所致成人急性咽炎或扁桃体炎、急性中耳炎、上颌窦炎、慢性支气管炎急性发作、急性支气管炎、单纯性尿路感染、皮肤软组织感染及无并发症淋病奈瑟菌性尿道炎和宫颈炎。儿童咽炎或扁桃体炎、急性中耳炎及脓疱病等。
用法用量
口服，饭后服用。 1.成人 一般每次0.2.g，每曰两次，一般的疗程为5～10天。重症感染或怀疑是肺炎时．每次0.5g，每日两次;一般泌尿道感染，每次0.125g，每日两次;对无并发症的淋病患者推荐剂量为1g，单次服用。 2.儿童 一般用量为每次0.125g;每日两次．对于小于两岁时中耳炎患者．每次0.125g．每日两次;对于大于两岁的中耳炎患者，每次0.25g，每日两次。大于12岁的儿童患者，使用剂量同成人。对注射头孢呋辛钠治疗获得一定疗效，尚需继续治疗的患者．可改为口服本品治疗。或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1．常见腹泻、恶心和呕吐等胃肠反应。
2．少见皮疹、药物热等过敏反应。
3．偶见假膜性肠炎、嗜酸粒细胞增多、血胆红素升高、血红蛋白降低、肾功能改变、Coombs试验阳性和一过性肝酶升高。
禁忌
1．对本品及其他头孢菌素类过敏者、有青霉素过敏性休克或即刻反应史者及胃肠道吸收障碍者禁用。
2．5岁以下小儿禁用。
注意事项
1．本品与青霉素类或头霉素类（cephamycins）有交叉过敏反应，因此对青霉素类、青霉素衍生物、青霉胺及头霉素类过敏者慎用。
2．肾功能减退及肝功能损害者慎用。
3．有胃肠道疾病史者，特别是溃疡性结肠炎、局限性肠炎或抗生素相关性结肠炎者慎用。
4．长期服用本品可致菌群失调，引发继发性感染。如发生轻度假膜性肠炎，停药即可，但对于中、重度假膜性肠炎患者，须对症处理并给予抗艰难梭菌的抗菌药物。
5．本品应于餐后服用，以增加吸收，提高血药浓度，并减少胃肠道反应。
6．本品应吞服，不可嚼碎。
7．对实验室检查指标的干扰：抗球蛋白
贮藏
遮光，密封，在阴凉处保存。
