适应症
用于寻常型银屑病的局部治疗。
用法用量
将本品少量涂于患处皮肤，每日1～2次。推荐在治疗初期每日给药2次，适当时可减为每日1次给药。每周最大用量不应超过100g。
不良反应
非常常见 ＞1/10常见 ＞1/100并且＜1/10少见 ＞1/1000并且＜1/100罕见 ＞1/10000并且＜1/1000非常罕见 ＜1/10000最常报道的不良反应多为皮肤反应，特别是用药部位的反应。高钙血症和过敏反应的报道非常罕见。瘙痒症，皮肤刺激，灼烧感，刺痛感，皮肤干燥，红斑和皮疹较常见。接触性皮炎，湿疹，银屑病恶化少见。局部使用后导致出现全身反应的高钙血症和高钙尿症非常罕见。上市后数据非常罕见有报道暂时性皮肤色素沉着、暂时性光敏反应，过敏反应包括荨麻疹、血管性水肿、眼周水肿或面部水肿。罕有出现口周皮炎。根据上市后数据，不良反应的总报道率非常低，大约为1：10000例患者。MedDRA SOC 列出了不良反应，单个不良反应根据报道的出现频率顺序列出。皮肤和皮下组织不适：瘙痒、烧灼感、皮肤刺痛感、皮肤刺激、皮肤干燥、红斑、皮疹*、湿疹、接触性皮炎、银屑病恶化、皮肤色素沉着、皮肤色素减退、光敏反应、荨麻疹、面部水肿、眼周水肿、血管性水肿。不同类型皮疹已有报道，如：鳞状的，红斑的，斑丘疹的，脓疱的。代谢和营养紊乱：高钙血症、高钙尿症。
禁忌
1、对本品任何成份过敏者禁用；
2、钙代谢失调者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品不应用于面部。患者必须按说明书正确使用本品，以避免直接用于面部或偶然涂于面部。每次用药后必须小心洗去手上残留的药物。
2.有严重肾衰竭或严重肝脏功能不全的患者应避免使用本品。
3.按照推荐给药剂量使用本品出现高钙血症的风险非常小。如果每周使用量超过最大使用剂量（100g），则有可能会导致高钙血症，停药后血清钙水平可很快恢复正常。
4.在使用本品治疗期间，推荐医生建议患者限制或避免过度暴露在自然光或人工光下。只有在医生和患者均认为潜在的利益大于潜在的风险时，局部卡泊三醇用药可与紫外照射联用。
5.本品辅料中含有苯甲醇，其可能会引起皮肤刺激。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，阴凉处（不超过20℃）保存，避免冷冻。 应置于儿童无法取到的地方。
