适应症
预防和治疗常年性及季节性过敏性鼻炎，也可用于血管舒缩性鼻炎。
用法用量
鼻腔喷入：左手喷右侧鼻孔，右手喷左侧鼻孔，避免直接喷向鼻中隔。 成人一次每鼻孔2揿，一日2次；也可一次每鼻孔1揿（50微克），一日3～4次。一日总量不可超过8揿（400微克）。
不良反应
1.少数患者可出现鼻、咽部干燥或烧灼感、打喷嚏、味觉及嗅觉改变以及鼻出血等。
2.偶见过敏反应如皮疹、荨麻疹、瘙痒、皮肤红斑、眼、面、唇以及咽喉部水肿。
3.罕见眼压升高、鼻中隔穿孔。
禁忌
严重高血压、糖尿病、胃十二指肠溃疡、骨质疏松症、有精神病史、癫痫病史以及青光眼患者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品仅为鼻腔用药，不得接触眼睛，若接触眼睛，请立即用水清洗。
2.使用本品14天后，症状仍未改善，请咨询医师。
3.自我治疗时间不得超过3个月，如需要超过3个月，应在医师指导下使用。
4.注意避免以下诱因：花粉、尘螨、动物毛屑、真菌、气味烟雾、温湿变化、情绪变化、饮食刺激等。
5.儿童（尤其6岁以下小儿）、孕妇及哺乳期妇女应用时应咨询医师或药师。
6.使用全身性糖皮质激素转而使用本品者，应在医师指导下使用。
7.如鼻腔伴有细菌感染，应同时给予抗菌治疗。
8.当本品性状发生改变时禁用。
9.运动员慎用。
10.本品不可过量使用，如使用过量或发生严重不良反应，应立即就医。
11.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
12.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
13.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
14.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
15.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。

密封，阴凉干燥处。
