适应症
用于原发性高血压、心绞痛的治疗。
用法用量
口服。一日1次，起始剂量2.5mg，最大剂量每日不超过10mg，请遵医嘱。对有轻微或中度肝肾功能不全者剂量不需调整，晚期肾功能不全（肌肝廓清率
不良反应
1.服药初期可能出现有轻度乏力、胸闷、头晕、心动过缓、嗜睡、心悸、头痛和下肢浮肿等，继续服药后均自动减轻或消失。
2.在极少数情况下会出现胃肠紊乱（腹泻、便秘、恶心、腹疼）及皮肤反应（如红斑、瘙痒）。
3.偶见血压明显下降，脉博缓慢或房室传导失常。
4.有时产生麻刺感或四肢冰凉，在极少情况下，会导致肌肉无力，肌肉痛性痉挛及泪少。
5.对间歇性跛行或雷诺现象的病人，服药初期，病情可能加重，原有心肌功能不全者亦可能病情加剧。6.偶尔会出现气道阻力增加。
7.对伴有糖尿病的年老患者，其糖耐量可能降低，并掩盖低血糖表现（如心跳加快）。
禁忌
比索洛尔禁用于一下患者：
1.急性心衰或处于心衰失代偿期需用静注正性肌力药物治疗的患者。
2.心源性休克患者。
3.二度或三度房室传导阻滞者（无心脏起搏器）。
4.病窦综合症患者。
5.心动过缓者，治疗开始时心率少于60次/分钟。
6.窦房阻滞者。
7.血压过低者（收缩压低于100mmHg)。
8.严重支气管哮喘或严重慢性肺梗阻的患者。
9.外周动脉阻塞型疾病晚期和雷诺士综合症患者。
10.未经治疗的嗜铬细胞瘤患者。
11.代谢性酸中毒患者。
12.已知对比索洛尔及其衍生物或本品任何成分过敏的患者。
注意事项
以下情况使用本品时应特别注意：
1.心衰（用比索洛尔治疗慢性心衰必须先从特殊的剂量替增期开始--详见比索洛尔用于充血性心衰的说明书）。
2.支气管痉挛（支气管哮喘、呼吸道梗阻疾病）。
3.与吸入性麻醉剂合用时。
4.糖尿病患者血糖水平波动较大时，可能会掩盖低血糖症状
5.严格禁食。
6.有严重过敏史。
7.正在进行脱敏治疗。
8.一度房室传导阻滞。
9.变异型心绞痛。
10.外周动脉阻塞型疾病（症状可能加重，特别是在治疗开始时） 支气管哮喘哦其他慢性肺梗阻患者使用本品时可能会引起相应的症状，所以应该同时给予支气管扩张治疗。哮喘患者使用本品偶见呼吸道阻力增加。
贮藏
密封，凉暗处（避光并不超过20℃）保存。
