适应症
本品用于由以下条件下指定的微生物的敏感菌株引起的感染的治疗。|1.慢性支气管炎急性发作：由肺炎链球菌、流感嗜血杆菌及副流感嗜血杆菌或粘膜炎莫拉氏菌等敏感菌引起的慢性支气管炎的急性发作；|2.社区获得性肺炎：由肺炎链球菌(包括多药抗性菌株(MDRSP))、流感嗜血杆菌、粘膜炎莫拉氏菌、肺炎衣原体或肺炎支原体等敏感菌引起的社区获得性肺炎；|3.急性鼻窦炎：由肺炎链球菌(包括多药抗性菌株(MDRSP))、流感嗜血杆菌、卡他莫拉菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等敏感菌引起的急性鼻窦炎。MDRSP，多药抗性肺炎链球菌包括前面已知的PRSP(抗青霉素肺炎链球菌)的分离物，及抗以下抗生素的两种或多种的菌株：青霉素、第2代头孢菌素，例如，头孢呋辛，大环内酯、四环素及TMP/SMZ。
用法用量
1.慢性支气管炎急性细菌感染：成人:320mg，每天1次，疗程5天。CrCl(ml/min)≤40160mg，推荐剂量：24小时一次。|2.社区获得性肺炎：成人:320mg，每天1次，疗程7天。CrCl(ml/min)≤40160mg，推荐剂量：24小时一次。
不良反应
腹泻，恶心，呕吐，头痛，头晕，皮疹，荨麻疹。肝酶升高。
禁忌
禁用于对甲磺酸吉米沙星片过敏者，及正在接受Ia或III类抗心律失常药物治疗的患者。
注意事项
对本品过敏者注意。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
